You have the possibility to choose from the following delivery/pick up methods in the Eventim.RO Webshop:
Mail Express Delivery
Your ticket(s) will be sent by courier after successful payment.
Courier service rates:
Bucharest: 13 RON
Outside Bucharest:: 16 RON
Please, be aware that for the moment we do not ship tickets outside Romania.
Pick up at Eventim Office
You can pick up your ticket(s) at the Eventim Romania Centers after succesful payment:
Eventim.RO - Bucharest
1. Str. Polona no. 15, sector 1, Bucharest.
Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 10.00-14.00 (10.00-16.00 if major events are scheduled to take place during the weekend).
2. Plaza Romania INFO POINT
Bd Timisoara, no 26, District 6, Bucuresti
Monday- Sunday- 10.00- 22.00
3. Bucuresti Mall INFO POINT
Calea Vitan, nr 55-59, District 1, Bucuresti
Monday- Sunday- 10.00- 22.00

Fast courier
The tickets will be sent to you via courier, after payment registration.
Courier fee:
In Bucharest: 13 RON
Outside Bucharest: 16 RON

Pickup@Eventim Offices
You can now pick up your tickets from Eventim Romania's Offices, after you made a payment via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Pickup@ Eventim Offices
For the Pickup@Eventim Offices option, there is a 2 RON fee/order.
Print@home
Print@home feature is available only for certain events. If for the desired event you do not have this option available, it means that electronic tickets can not be purchased for the respective event and only hard tickets are available.
You may print your ticket(s) right after purchase. For print@home there is a 3 RON/order service fee.
You may check your order and print out your ticket(s) in My Account/My Orders. Please note that the confirmation email is not enough to present on entrance, you need to print your tickets in My Account\My orders section.
