Artist description
Tokio Hotel was founded in 2001 in Magdeburg centered around the twins Bill and Tom Kaulitz. In 2003, the band was discovered by the music producer Peter Hoffmann and was contracted by Sony. The debut album with the number one hit "Durch den Monsun" was released in September 2005. By the year 2009 it was followed by two albums "Room 483" and "Humanoid" which both climbed to 1# on the album charts in Germany and received international attention as well. After 5 years of rest, Tokio Hotel released their latest album in 2014 "Kings of Suburbia".
