Delivery/Pick up methods

You have the possibility to choose from the following delivery/pick up methods in the Eventim.RO Webshop:

I. Mail Express Delivery

Your ticket(s) will be sent by courier after successful payment.

Courier service rate:

• Romania, including Bucharest: 19 RON
• International delivery: 200 RON.

II. Print@home

Print@home feature is available only for certain events. If for the desired event you do not have this option available, it means that electronic tickets can not be purchased for the respective event and only hard tickets are available. You may check your order and print out your ticket(s) in My Account/My Orders. Please note that the confirmation email is not enough to present on entrance, you need to print your tickets in My Account\My orders section.

III. Pickup from Eventim Office

Orders are placed exclusively online! Ticket pickup from Eventim offices is no longer available. Please choose delivery by courier or the electronic ticket option (print@home or mobile), available during the ordering process.
