Key Account Executive
Job Description
The Key Account Executive will be responsible for providing full support for all of Eventim’s business clients.
Responsibilities
• Work with the dedicated client account management team to manage relationship of Eventim.RO clients across Romania.
• Attend sales pitches for prospective clients.
• Management of the related content on www.eventim.ro.
• Monitor the activities of competitor companies and provide feedback to senior management team.
• Work closely with the other members of Eventim.RO team to ensure the highest level of service to all clients.
• To undertake any other relevant duties which fall under the general scope of this role as directed by your immediate Manager.
Skills Required / Competencies
• Ideally of graduate calibre.
• A comprehensive, working knowledge of the entertainment industry is desirable.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management techniques and implementation tools.
• Computer literate with intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
• Proactive and highly organised able to manage various tasks to tight deadlines.
• Proven strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• A highly motivated and conscientious individual with the ability to use self-initiative as well as work within a team.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), inter-personal and customer care skills.
• Proven problem solving capability.
• Knowledge of English (medium to high level). Knowledge of German is a plus.
