3. Find the artist whose event you attended
4. Click on the “Write a Fan Report” button
5. Describe your impressions, rate the experience, add photos – and click “Send”

With a little time and luck, your FanReport will be displayed on Eventim, along with information about the event, so that everyone can see – and feel – at least a fraction of what you experienced.

Reviews regarding events, artists and venues (so-called „FanReports”) on the website www.eventim.ro may, in principle, be created by anyone, provided that the following rules are complied with. However, EVENTIM recommends that only ticket buyers post reviews for events for which they have purchased tickets. Please observe the following rules:

• In order to publish a review, the author must complete the information included in the review form. As a rule, the review is published anonymously. However, if you wish, you may choose to fill in the name that will be displayed next to the review.
• At the e-mail address indicated in the form, you will receive notifications regarding the status of the review – for example, the moment when it has been approved and published.
• By submitting a review, you guarantee that: (i) You are the sole author and holder of the rights to the content and/or the author and rights holder has permitted unrestricted publication; (ii) to the extent permitted by law, you voluntarily waive all intellectual property rights related to this content; (iii) all content you publish is either true or represents a personal opinion; (iv) you are at least 18 years old.
• The review must contain at least 100 characters (the written testimonial is optional for venue evaluation).
• Reviews that do not contain feedback about an event will not be published or, as the case may be, will be deleted. For general information regarding our services or the ordering process, please consult the Help Center section.
• The review (testimonial message) must not include e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, any other personal data, URLs or links to other websites. If you have chosen to fill in your name, it will be displayed on our website next to your review.
• The review will not contain computer viruses or other potentially harmful computer programs or files.
• The review must not refer to other user reviews, as these may be modified or deleted later.
• Reviews must not contain irrelevant, deliberately false, defamatory, offensive, libellous, indecent or pornographic information. Content that infringes third-party rights, promotes political, religious or other beliefs, or may be considered advertising is also not permitted.
• You do not have the right to publish a review for which you receive payment or other consideration from a third party without the consent of Eventim.ro SRL.
• Prior to publication, reviews will be subject to an automated and/or manual verification process, intended to ensure compliance with these rules regarding review content.
• Eventim.ro SRL reserves the right to refuse publication or remove any content that violates these rules.
• The rating is given on a scale from 1 to 5 stars, 1 being the lowest score and 5 the highest score. The final average of the reviews is calculated as the arithmetic mean of all ratings given by users. Reviews are sorted by default according to relevance, and the sorting criterion may be changed by visitors.
• Unverified reviews are displayed on the website, submitted by authors whose consumer experience has not been verified.
• For all content that you submit, you grant Eventim.ro SRL and its affiliated companies an unlimited, spatially, temporally and substantially unrestricted, irrevocable, royalty-free and transferable right to use, exploit and edit it within the so-called FanReports or a comparable rating function.
• The author of the review is responsible for the published content and undertakes to indemnify Eventim.ro SRL against any claims, demands and damages of any kind, known or unknown, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your failure to comply with the promises, guarantees and granting of rights mentioned above.
• Eventim.ro SRL assumes no responsibility for the correctness, accuracy, quality or completeness of user-generated content. The publication of the content does not constitute an expression of the opinion of Eventim.ro SRL.
• All content that you submit will be used at the sole discretion of Eventim.ro SRL. Eventim.ro SRL reserves the right to shorten, delete or not publish the content at any time, without providing reasons, to the extent that, at the sole discretion of Eventim.ro SRL, the content does not constitute a review (for example, support requests) or violates these terms of use and/or applicable law.
