Jana Kirschner

Jana Kirschner, Slovak pop singer, she entered into showbiz thanks to the competition Miss of Slovakia in 1996. In childhood she played the piano and used to sing. The desire for music went on. Debut album of Jana Kirschner came out in 1996, but was not too successful. Unlike her second album V cudzom meste (1997), when Jana Kirschner also won the prize Academy of Music (Artist of the Year and Newcomer of the Year). Jana as a solo singer filled with her music the empty space in the slovak music market. In 1999 she received her first Zlatý Slávik. Other albums: Pelikán (2002), Veci čo sa dejú (2003), Shine (2007 - international success), Krajina Rovina (2010).
