Laura Bretan (born April 7, 2002, Chicago, Illinois, USA) is a Romanian-American classical crossover singer internationally acclaimed for her extraordinary voice and remarkable artistic maturity. She began singing at the age of four, guided by her mother, Rahela Bretan, originally from Hațeg, Romania.
Her exceptional talent quickly brought her to prestigious stages across the United States, Germany, Italy, Spain, Canada, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, and the Vatican, as well as renowned venues in Romania such as Sala Palatului, the Romanian Athenaeum, and the Cluj Opera.
Her performances have gone viral, reaching tens of millions of viewers worldwide. In the United States, she has appeared on major television networks including NBC, CBS, CNN, WLS-TV, WGN, WCIU-TV, and The Today Show, and has been featured in publications such as People and the Chicago Tribune.
Laura has performed the U.S. National Anthem multiple times for the White Sox and Chicago Bulls.
