MoTrip (bürgerlich Mohamed El Moussaoui) wurde 1988 im Libanon geboren. Gemeinsam mit seiner Familie wanderte er 1989 nach Deutschland aus, wo er bereits im Jugendalter mit dem Schreiben erster Rap-Texte begann und sich damit schnell einen Namen machte. 2011 unterschrieb er einen Vertrag bei Universal Music, wo 2012 sein Debütalbum "Embryo" veröffentlicht wurde. Das Album enthält Gastbeiträge von von Marsimoto, Silla, JokA und Raf 3.0. Im Juni 2015 wurde MoTrips zweites Soloalbum Mama veröffentlicht, das auf Platz 3 der deutschen Charts einstieg. Die HipHop-Szene ist sich einig: Bei MoTrip kommt alles zusammen - präzise Reimkunst, einzigartiger Flow, markanter Stimmeinsatz, einzigartiges Charisma, ungeheure Präsenz, enormer Tiefgang, ein Gespür für die richtigen Beats und ebenbürtige Featuregäste.
