Überregional bekanntgeworden ist Raf 3.0 nach diversen Produktionen im Underground vor allem durch seine Arbeit mit Chakuza. Auf dessen Debütalbum "City Cobra" produziert er 2007 den Song "Augen auf, Klappe zu" und singt den Refrain auf dem Titeltrack. 2008 folgt mit dem Mixtape "Therapie vor dem Album" über Wolfpack Entertainment sein erster eigener Release, 2009 schließlich legt Raf 3.0 mit "Nächster Stopp Zukunft" sein Debütalbum vor. 2010 macht er mit "Artkore", einem Kollabo-Album mit Nazar, von sich reden, gefolgt von dem Streetalbum "Therapie nach dem Album". Weitere Mixtapes ("Inedit" / 2010, "Therapie nach dem Tod" / 2012) folgen. Und auch in Zukunft wird weiter mit Raf 3.0 zu rechnen sein. Weniger als Producer für andere Artists, mehr mit eigenen Releases. Denn eines ist sicher: hat Raf etwas zu verarbeiten oder loszuwerden, wird er es tun.
