After numerous appearances as a guest singer in various jazz bands (jazz canteen, Soulounge) Roger wanted to finally make something of my own on the legs and in 2003 founded the Roger Cicero Quartet. He now performs with an eleven-member big band and filled with a mix of swing music of the 1940s and 1950s and German texts large concert halls. In May 2006 his first solo album "guy stuff" which made it to number 3 on the German album charts appeared. The following year, Roger Cicero delivered with his song "Women regier'n the world," the German contribution to the Euro Vision Song Contest in Helsinki. After several excursions into the film and television world again in 2012, he makes musical attention and released his new single "For nothing in this world," the official DFB fan song for 2012 European Football Championship, and the album "In This Moment".
