Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar (born 13 May 1956, India) is an internationally renowned spiritual leader, meditation teacher, and peace ambassador. He is the founder of the Art of Living Foundation, established in 1981, a global movement dedicated to stress relief, personal development, and the promotion of human values.
His work includes programs in meditation, yoga, and breathing techniques, most notably Sudarshan Kriya, a widely practiced breathing method taught within the Art of Living programs.
