How does ticket return insurance work?
This insurance will reimburse you for the cost of tickets purchased if you are unable to attend a booked event due to illness, for example.

The insurance can only be taken out at the same time as ordering the tickets. Unfortunately, it is not possible to do so later.
Please note: this insurance is valid only for residents of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
How do I take out the insurance?
During the ordering process, you can take out insurance by selecting the option “Ticket return insurance” in the shopping cart.
The cost of the insurance and the updated total amount will be displayed automatically in the cart.
What do I do in the case of a claim?
If you need to file a claim for ticket reimbursement, please send the following documentation to the address listed below:
- A brief letter including your bank details (bank name, IBAN, account holder name, SWIFT code);
- The original tickets for reimbursement (or printed copies in the case of print@home orders);
- The order confirmation e-mail;
- The receipt or invoice delivered with the tickets;
- A medical certificate including diagnosis and treatment information, or another confirmation in accordance with section 7 of the insurance terms and conditions.
Once the documentation has been reviewed, the value of the tickets will be transferred to the bank account you have provided.
